Methodology of Identification of Problems in Production and Economic Activity of Enterprise on the Basis of System of Balanced Indexes (p. 95 - 98)
This article analyzes current approaches measure the effectiveness of the company. The technique of identifying problems in production and business enterprises on the basis of a balanced scorecard. A feature of this technique is that the Balanced Scorecard is used to identify currently existing problem in the functioning of the company and find the best options to address them.
