Apodictic Targeted Reporting of the Subsystem Operation for Analytical Processing of Technical and Economic Information in terms of Invariant Behavior that Reflects the Purpose of the Management Subsystem (p. 109 - 113)
The purpose of the article is to define the subsystem operation purpose of analytical processing of technical and economic information in the functional development of the control systems of special purpose industrial enterprises and scientific-production associations. Analyzing, systematizing and summarizing the literature and scientific work of many scientists and economists regarding the analytical processing of technical and economic information, it was found that the requirements of this condition are of great importance from the standpoint of a systematic approach, but they are not adequately addressed and little studied. As a result of scientific and practical studies it was convincingly shown that purposeful representation allows us to consider the operation of the subsystem analytical processing of technical and economic information in terms of invariant behavior that reflects the purpose of the management subsystem. Is determined that the consideration of the objectives reveals optimal conditions for the subsystem analytical processing of technical and economic information, which is not always in real conditions leading to extreme value of its objective function. It is proved that the establishment of the functional development of control systems of special purpose industrial and scientific-production associations, functional subsystem analytical processing of technical and economic information significantly reduces the complexity of the economic and analytical calculations, while improving the quality features and specifications, management efficiency by achieving full depth lighting, high complexity and efficiency of economic analysis. As for the prospects for further research in this direction, of particular relevance is a different question related to the definition of the limits that establish the scope of the functions performed by the control system.
