Abstract:
Digital transformation of Ukraine’s economy is shaping fundamentally new principles of business operations based on the implementation of electronic services, automated platforms, artificial intelligence, big data analytics and other advanced digital technologies. These innovations optimize operational processes, reduce time and resource costs, automate managerial decisions, and increase transparency in cooperation with market counterparts. Furthermore, digitalization facilitates the integration of Ukrainian enterprises into global economic networks, expands sales opportunities, strengthens competitiveness, and reduces transactional barriers while improving efficiency of market positioning. At the same time, the digital economy generates new threats and significantly reshapes the essence of financial and economic security of entrepreneurship. The growth of cybercrime, risks of confidential data leakage, dependence on digital services and external technological providers, vulnerability of critical infrastructure and electronic payment systems create multidimensional challenges requiring modern protection instruments. These trends necessitate the improvement of risk management mechanisms, compliance systems, organizational and technological safeguards, as well as the development of preventive measures aimed at early detection and prompt response to threats in the digital environment. Therefore, the system of financial and economic security should evolve into an integrated digital model focused on cybersecurity, data governance, resilience to external and internal disruptions, business continuity and adaptability to dynamic market conditions. The combination of strategic management and digital tools forms a robust foundation for enhancing enterprise resilience, strengthening financial stability and ensuring sustainable development under the conditions of ongoing digital transformation of the national economy.
