Abstract:
The article presents the main provisions for the formation of the corporate security management mechanism. It is substantiated that the mechanism of corporate security management is a system of managerial actions aimed at forming a state of security of corporate resources (capital, staff, information, technology) and entrepreneurial opportunities, in which their efficient use is guaranteed in accordance with the principles of corporate governance, corporate interests and the goals of strategic development of the enterprise. From such standpoints, it has been proved that the functions of coordination are key to the mechanism of corporate security. Therefore, the full implementation of the functions of the corporate security management mechanism is impossible without the use of well-developed and experimentally tested models, techniques and methods represented by organizational and information-analytical support. The formed information and analytical support consists of methods, models and tools of analysis, calculation, and evaluation: strategic analysis (benchmarking, model of strategic maps, system of balanced indicators, key performance indicators (KPI), etc.); expert methods of assessing the taxonomic interview (for formalization and analysis of the state of corporate security, experts are involved and integral indicators are calculated); techniques and methods of financial and economic analysis for assessing financial and economic stability (liquidity, solvency, sufficiency of economic resources); economic and mathematical methods (factorial, cluster, discriminant types of multivariate analysis, canonical correlation, neural networks, dynamic series, etc.).
