Abstract:
The article examines modern enterprise management technologies based on digital transformation principles and substantiates the possibilities of their use to improve the efficiency of economic entitie’s operations and the effectiveness of managerial decision-making. It is noted that, despite the active development of digital technologies, a significant number of enterprises face difficulties in the process of implementing them into the management system. Modern digital enterprise management technologies, their main functions, advantages, and areas of application are identified. It is found that digital transformation is a complex strategic planning process that combines internal resources, managerial priorities, and external factors to achieve efficiency and competitiveness in the modern economy. An algorithm for digital transformation in the enterprise management system is proposed. It is determined that the implementation of digital technologies in enterprise activities is accompanied by both significant advantages and certain challenges. The main problems and risks of implementing digital transformation in the enterprise management system have been highlighted. It has been proved that digital technologies open up broad opportunities for the development and improvement of business processes for modern enterprises. It has been concluded that digital transformation is a critically important tool for ensuring the efficiency, flexibility, and sustainable development of modern enterprises. This allows improving the accuracy of managerial decisions through big data analytics and artificial intelligence, optimizing business processes and reducing time and resource expenditures through the automation of routine operations, as well as strengthening interaction with clients and partners, enhancing the quality of service and the level of consumer satisfaction. In the context of modern instability and unpredictable challenges, digital technologies are becoming a key factor in ensuring the adaptability and competitiveness of enterprises, enabling them to respond quickly to market changes, implement innovative business models, and maintain long-term stability.
