Abstract: The article studies the role of innovative education as a factor of motivation for the professional development of enterprise staff in the conditions of the knowledge economy. It is substantiated that in the modern socioeconomic environment, education is transformed from a tool of primary training of personnel into a continuous process of formation and development of human capital, integrated into the HR management system. Attention is focused on changing the functional purpose of education, which increasingly plays a motivational and strategic role in ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises. The theoretical foundations of innovative education in the conditions of the knowledge economy are analyzed and its influence on the formation of internal motivation of staff for professional growth is determined. It has been proved that the use of innovative educational approaches, including digital platforms, interactive teaching methods, corporate educational programs, and continuous learning models, contributes to increasing employees’ interest in developing competencies, reducing resistance to organizational changes, and stimulating innovative behavior. The economic effects of implementing innovative education in enterprise activities have been identified, manifesting in increased labor productivity, reduced staff turnover, enhanced employee loyalty, and the formation of an innovation-oriented organizational culture. It has been substantiated that innovative education is not only a tool for staff development but also an important intangible motivational factor that provides a long-term effect in the human resource management system. The institutional and managerial conditions for the efficient implementation of innovative education as a factor in motivating professional development of staff have been explored, including the need for its integration into the strategic management of enterprises, the development of partnerships between businesses and educational institutions, and the creation of a culture of continuous learning. It is emphasized that the innovativeness of education is a key factor in ensuring the sustainable development of enterprises in the knowledge economy and requires further scholarly consideration in the context of evaluating its efficiency.
