Abstract:
The aim of the article is to analyze the integration of ESG principles into strategic human resource management and assess their contribution to the formation of a sustainable organizational culture and increasing the effectiveness of strategy personnel management. The study is aimed at identifying theoretical foundations and practical tools that ensure the combination of economic results with social responsibility and environmental awareness, as well as developing recommendations for adapting ESG-oriented HR models to Ukrainian realities. The methodological basis of the study combines theoretical and analytical and empirical methods. Content analysis of scientific sources, corporate reports and regulatory documents regulating the application of ESG standards in the field of human resources management was used. A comparative analysis of existing HR models was conducted to determine their compliance with the principles of sustainable development. The empirical stage included questionnaires and interviews with HR managers and company leaders, which allowed establishing relationships between the level of integration of ESG practices and indicators of human resources management effectiveness. Additionally, a case study method was used to analyze the experience of individual enterprises implementing ESG-oriented HR models.The results of the study confirm that the integration of ESG approaches into strategic HR management is a multidimensional process that encompasses environmental, social and managerial aspects. It provides a combination of economic performance with social responsibility and environmental awareness, contributes to the formation of long-term competitive advantage and sustainable organizational culture. Practical recommendations are proposed for the adaptation of ESG-oriented HR models, which allows to increase the competitiveness of companies in the global business environment and ensure their resilience in crisis conditions.
