Abstract:
The article is devoted to the study of the management process of implementing the economic growth strategy of an enterprise – a producer of livestock products in the context of developing its potential under modern conditions. It is found that the implementation of the economic growth strategy is critically important for any enterprise that produces livestock products. It is not just a desirable element of management but a necessary condition for survival, stable development, and effective realization of its potential. It is proved that the proposed management scheme for implementing the strategy, which encompasses the stages from goal setting to ongoing monitoring and adjustment, demonstrates a systematic and cyclical approach. It begins with a clear definition of the desired economic results, which serves as a benchmark for all subsequent activities. Then, through a thorough assessment of its own potential and analysis of market opportunities, the enterprise chooses the most promising areas of development. It is found that a key aspect of successful strategy implementation is its dynamism and adaptability. In light of rapid changes in the agricultural sector, including climate change, technological advancement, and fluctuations in demand, ongoing development forecasting and mechanisms for control and adjustment become indispensable. This allows the enterprise to respond flexibly to external and internal factors, minimize risks, and effectively leverage new growth opportunities. It is substantiated that the efficient implementation of an economic growth strategy allows an enterprise – a producer of animal products – not only to increase production volumes and profitability but also to develop its overall potential. This includes modernization of production processes, improvement of product quality, implementation of innovations, enhancement of human resources, and strengthening market positions. The successful implementation of this strategy enables livestock enterprises to increase production volumes, improve product quality, and expand their capabilities. This is crucial for ensuring the country’s food security and strengthening the positions of the domestic agro-industrial complex on the global stage.
