Abstract:
In modern conditions, enterprises are forced to operate in a rapidly changing environment, requiring constant updates of strategic approaches, managerial decisions, and organizational models of operation. Sociocultural transformations, which involve changes in value orientations, the growing role of individualization, and the development of inclusiveness, tolerance, and ethical business practices, impose new requirements on enterprises, which must take into account the needs not only of owners but also of employees, consumers, partners, communities, and the State as a whole. The aim of the article is to reveal the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of organizational and economic support for the sustainable development of enterprises in the context of sociocultural transformation. It has been determined that the organizational and economic support for sustainable development requires the establishment of a management system that integrates flexible organizational structures, innovative approaches to strategic planning, and the development of a corporate culture oriented towards inclusivity and ethics, along with the application of economic tools that promote the implementation of green technologies, energy efficiency, and social programs. It is substantiated that effective functioning of enterprises in the modern sociocultural environment is only possible if organizational and economic mechanisms are integrated into a unified management system that ensures a balance between economic outcomes, the needs of employees and society, as well as ecological safety. This approach promotes strengthening the competitive positions of the enterprise in the market, increasing its resilience to external challenges, and forming a positive image and social capital, which is particularly important in the context of global changes in value orientations and the strengthening of social responsibility in business. Thus, sustainable development of enterprises in the context of sociocultural transformation requires a holistic approach to management. With the implementation of organizational and economic mechanisms that take into account modern sociocultural challenges and changes in the value orientations of society, enterprises will be able to ensure their sustainability, strengthen competitive positions, and achieve long-term development in harmony with the needs of individuals and society as a whole.
