Abstract: The aim of this article is to explore the role and significance of the quantum approach to knowledge, modeling, measurement, and evaluation of the effectiveness of processes in the functioning and development of enterprises as systems based on SEE management principles, as well as to supplement the methodology of the aforementioned management using proprietary components of effectiveness in the context of the «quantity / quality» paradigm within the «growth / development» narrative to refine action algorithms in the management of a dynamically developing system. The article examines some fundamental theoretical and practical aspects of quantum economics, grounded in the principles of quantum mechanics (superposition, uncertainty, entanglement), and the basic principles of the effectiveness of enterprise functioning and development processes as systems, which enables the proposed application of SEE management in assessing the state and dynamics of systems, as well as the functioning parameters and development attractors of enterprises. SEE management is based on the author’s concepts of the components of process effectiveness. It is emphasized that the above serves as a tool for making managerial decisions regarding system efficiency. It is noted that quantum economics opens new perspectives for understanding complex, dynamic processes within it, which is expected to change approaches to cognition, measurement, modeling, and assessment of the performance and development of enterprises as systems at the micro level, leading to an updated understanding of economic patterns and strategies. It is substantiated that the effective functioning of enterprises as complex systems can be supported by applying an updated management paradigm based on quantum approaches, using SEE management as a means to enhance the operational results of these enterprises based on the author’s indicators / models of components of effectiveness. SEE management based on the quantum approach can provide a foundation for the further modernization of the economy.
Keywords: management, quantum approach, system, scale, efficiency and effectiveness of the process, SEE management.
