Abstract:
The article is aimed at researching the organizational and economic bases for the development of fishing and aquaculture industry in Ukraine. The current status of commercial fish cultivation is analyzed according to the information contained in the form 1A-fish (annual). It is determined that there has been a decrease in the volume of sales of aquaculture products according to the data of business entities in the fisheries sector. The procedure for carrying out a systemic analysis of problems in Ukrainian aquaculture is researched. The paramount problem in Ukrainian aquaculture is the lack of reliable information on the status of the sector, the real volumes of seizure of water bioresources, the volume of commercial fish cultivation in aquaculture, the number of workers, the number of economic entities, the volume of fish release and fish products, the economic indicators of the industry. Relevance of collection of reliable information on the status of the fishing and aquaculture industry sector, the real volumes of seizure of water bioresources, the volume of commercial fish cultivation, the number of workers, the number of economic entities, the volume of fish release and fish production, the economic indicators of the fisheries industry is substantiated. It is proposed to define approaches to the development of a comprehensive program for the development of sustainable and competitive aquaculture in Ukraine. The results of the study allocate new approaches to the development of a comprehensive program for the development of sustainable and competitive aquaculture in Ukraine. It is proposed to make supplements and changes to the Budget and Tax Codes of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine on the State Budget of Ukraine, which clearly should specify the costs for each year and according to each direction of development. The article proposes to develop a program or algorithm to assist fish farmers, taking into account the organizational and economic mechanisms adopted in the European Union, in view of the conditions of global transformation.
