Abstract: The article explores the essence of managing the resilience of trade enterprise supply chains. Effective management of supply chain resilience in trading enterprises involves developing a resilience management architecture that includes the following components: analytical, adaptive-operational, digital, coordination, and control. The resilience management architecture for trade enterprise supply chains is substantiated, as it encompasses principles, functional components, and methods for managing supply chain resilience under conditions of uncertainty. The key principles for ensuring the resilience of logistics processes are identified as follows: variability of supply chain architecture; systematic and synchronized flows and processes; safety of flows and processes; flexibility and resilience of the internal management system; adaptability to changes in the external environment; integration and systemicity of the network of flows and processes; digitalization of information systems; partnership interaction among supply chain participants; balance between efficiency and resilience; experiential cumulativeness of supply chains. A resilient supply chain is a coordinated system of material, information, personnel, service, and financial flows and the corresponding processes that interact as a single whole. The functional components of supply chain resilience management are the energy, financial-economic, managerial-organizational, informational-digital, operational, and security components. These components ensure the formation of an adaptive model for supply chain functioning, capable of maintaining the continuity of flow processes under conditions of external environment destabilization. Their integrated action allows increasing the operational resilience of trading enterprises, minimizing supply disruption risks, and maintaining target performance parameters under uncertainty. Methods for managing supply chain resilience include expert evaluation, econometric and statistical analysis, optimization modeling of development scenarios, and normative and comparative analysis (benchmarking).
Keywords: supply chain resilience, enterprise, trade, management, uncertainty, adaptability.
