Abstract:
The aim of the article is to study the peculiarities of risk management in planning activities of LLC «Kharkiv Plant «Polymercontainer», identify its shortcomings, and develop a set of measures to improve the enterprise’s risk management under martial law conditions. The relevance of the research is heightened by the ongoing military aggression in Ukraine, which has fundamentally changed business operation planning and risk assessment. The subject of the research is the multifaceted challenges faced by enterprises in the modern world. Innovative strategies for enhancing organizational resilience through advanced risk management methods are proposed. A mixed-methods approach was used in the study, allowing for an understanding of the potential benefits of implementing complex risk management systems in enterprise activity planning. The specifics of challenges and threats and their impact on business processes, as well as modern approaches to assessing the effectiveness of risk management, particularly the use of financial coefficients and cluster analysis, are surveyed. The methods of identification, assessment, and monitoring of risks in an environment of increased uncertainty, as well as strategies for minimizing the negative consequences of risk implementation in planning to ensure the resilience of enterprises, have been analyzed. The case study of LLC «Kharkiv Plant «Polymercontainer» offers an understanding of practical risk management solutions applicable to enterprises in unstable environments. This analysis contributes to the growth of knowledge about organizational resilience under extreme circumstances. The importance of the research is represented by the study of risk management methods amid unprecedented challenges, offering improvements that could take into account political decisions and business strategies. The conclusions are aimed at strengthening the resilience of Ukrainian enterprises facing the ongoing military aggression, with implications for cutting-edge global crisis management and organizational resilience practices.
