Abstract:
The aim of the article is due to the disclosure and generalization of business processes in such a way as to give them special priorities when conducting relations between the company and other counterparties and commercial structures. Based on this, it was found that business processes are the basis of entrepreneurial activity, which involves other entities involved in operations for the production of goods or the provision of services. Thus, this provides for the use of such research methods, which include decomposition – for a multifaceted substantiation of the management system at the company, where business processes are considered its constituent elements; synthesis – which reflects the structuring of entrepreneurial activity in order to consider in detail the functioning of business processes in the internal space; the features of business processes are substantiated by a cause-and-effect relationship to provide the most significant results depending on the actions, directions and approaches that business processes are capable of providing, which determines the ability to involve other entities as business partners. It is proved that each system is clearly interconnected with any process, on the basis of which any company has significant results, developments, and achievements. This leads to a systemic vision of the companies activities in order to characterize the types of production, which substantiates the cyclical nature of operations in its internal space. Operational management at the company is highlighted according to a system schedule, which confirms the special key role of business processes in conducting entrepreneurial activity by forming a portfolio of orders for manufactured goods or providing services. Thus, a conclusion is formed, which gives priority and importance to business processes for conducting operations for the production of goods or the provision of services, on which the further development of the company and the improvement of its internal space depend.
