Abstract:
The article explores the influence of modern technologies on the recruitment of qualified specialists under conditions of wartime; acute shortages of skilled personnel, exacerbated by the demographic crisis, migration processes, mobilization, digitalization of the global economy, intensified competition for highly qualified professionals, and other factors. The relevance of studying modern technologies in the recruitment of qualified specialists is paramount in the digital age, as staff shortages in a company have critical consequences, such as decreased work efficiency, disruption of production processes, overload of existing staff, which leads to reduced motivation, loyalty, and professional burnout. The article aims to examine the processes of automation and the use of artificial intelligence tools in staff recruitment. For this purpose, the main methods of candidate search in the field of social recruiting were analyzed: passive and active, each with its own advantages and disadvantages; practical examples of the use of the most well-known social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, etc.) were provided. Special attention was given to the study of social recruiting, which is one of the common and efficient tools for finding qualified specialists. Today, social networks are used not only as communication platforms but also as a modern and efficient tool for searching for jobs or candidates. As a result of the study, an algorithm for creating a recruitment plan was proposed, which involves the implementation of artificial intelligence tools in the recruitment processes. The study highlights the role of using modern recruitment technologies, which are crucial for organizations aimed at innovative development and transformation in current conditions. The results obtained can serve as a foundation for further scientific research in the field of recruitment automation and the implementation of modern technologies in human resource management across various industries under limited financial and human resources.
