Abstract:
The aim of the article is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological approaches to analyzing digital transformation and structural changes in innovation infrastructure in the context of neo-industrial development. The article is devoted to studying the impact of digitalization on the transformation of innovation infrastructure and the formation of new models of its functioning under neo-industrial development. The features of the transition from a fragmented institutional structure to integrated digital ecosystems that ensure efficient interaction of innovation activity participants are revealed. It has been found that digital technologies, platform solutions, and data act as key drivers of structural changes, contributing to the reduction of transaction costs, acceleration of knowledge exchange, and expansion of access to innovation resources. It is substantiated that under neo-industrialization, innovation infrastructure transforms into a network-ecosystem model that combines scientific institutions, business, government institutions, and digital platforms. The main challenges of digital transformation have been identified, including uneven access to technologies, institutional barriers, and an insufficient level of integration of digital solutions. Directions for improving the innovation infrastructure have been proposed, aimed at strengthening digital integration, developing platform solutions, and forming a favorable institutional environment to ensure sustainable economic development.

Keywords: digital transformation, innovation infrastructure, neo-industrial development, digital ecosystems, platform solutions, innovation activity, institutional environment, technological development, digitalization, economic growth.
