Abstract: The article is devoted to the theoretical aspects of the formation of organizational behavior in international business structures. The study aims to analyze, summarize, and systematize the conceptual foundations of organizational behavior in international business structures, taking into account the interdisciplinary nature of the category, the evolution of management thought, and the influence of cross-cultural, socio-psychological, and managerial factors. The article identifies that organizational behavior in international business structures appears as a complex, dynamic, and multidimensional scientific category, the formation of which occurs at the intersection of psychological, sociological, managerial, and economic theories. It is substantiated that its interdisciplinary nature provides a holistic view of the patterns of interaction between individuals and groups within organizations and allows revealing the role of the human factor in ensuring the effectiveness of business structures’ activities globally. Research on the evolution of scientific approaches to organizational behavior has shown that the shift from purely technocratic management models to humanistic and behavioral conceptions was driven by the complexity of socioeconomic processes and the increasing significance of human capital. It has been found that national and organizational culture are decisive determinants of employee behavioral patterns, as they significantly influence leadership styles, motivation systems, communication processes, and mechanisms for making managerial decisions in international business structures. A synthesis of cross-cultural characteristics has shown that management effectiveness largely depends on companies’ ability to adapt behavioral practices to the specifics of the cultural environment in which they operate. Overall, the research has shown that organizational behavior in international business should be considered not only as a tool for staff management but also as a strategic resource for ensuring competitiveness, adaptability, and sustainable development of international business structures. The presented theoretical generalization forms the basis for further research on the development of modern models of organizational behavior management, taking into account digital transformations and the global challenges of the modern economy.
