Abstract:
The article examines the theoretical and applied aspects of the impact of cybersecurity challenges on the corporate management system of enterprises in the context of economic digitalization and the growth of global cyber threats. The evolution of scientific approaches to understanding the role of information, digital technologies, and network systems in the modern business environment is considered based on the conceptions of the knowledge economy, network society, digital trust, and blockchain technologies. The study summarizes scientific approaches to the interpretation of cybersecurity as a strategic element of corporate governance and defines it as a comprehensive system for protecting the information capital of an enterprise, ensuring business continuity, economic resilience, and the reputational reliability of a company. The impact of modern cyber threats on the efficiency of management processes, financial stability, and the organizational structure of enterprises is examined. The necessity of integrating cybersecurity into the strategic management system of an enterprise is substantiated, and the role of behavioral management, cyber hygiene culture, and digital trust principles in ensuring corporate resilience is determined. It is found that modern information security management systems should be based on adaptability, preventive risk control, and continuous monitoring of the digital environment. The article proposes an authors’ pre-audit mechanism as a tool for preventive cyber risk management at an enterprise. The stages of its implementation based on the principle of least privilege, separation of duties, and revision of access rights to corporate information resources are disclosed. The practical testing of the mechanism using the example of Company A confirmed its efficiency in minimizing insider risks, optimizing the internal control system, reducing downtime, and increasing the level of economic security of the enterprise. The prospects for automating the pre-audit process using artificial intelligence technologies are explored, which will enable cyber risk forecasting, real-time monitoring of the digital perimeter, and the development of response scenarios for potential incidents. It is determined that the integration of cybersecurity mechanisms into corporate management is a necessary condition for ensuring enterprise competitiveness, developing international partnerships, and positioning Ukraine as a secure digital hub in the context of postwar recovery.
