Abstract:
The article has substantiated theoretical and methodological foundations of developing innovation-ecological entrepreneurship through improving cash flow management under digital transformation of the economy. The relevance of the study has been driven by strengthening ecological imperatives of sustainable development, integration of ESG approaches into financial practice, and the need to adapt financial management to green transition realities. It has been found that traditional financial management tools have insufficiently accounted for the specifics of green cash flows, long investment cycles, and the need to balance economic, ecological, and social efficiency. The essence and features of such cash flows have been clarified, and differences from classical cash flows have been substantiated. A characterization has been proposed by structure, risk types, and financing sources across key types: green, transitional, ESG-oriented, circular, and Green Tech. A classification of green cash flows has been developed using six criteria: nature, sources, direction, controllability, risk level, and purpose. An integrated cash flow management system for innovation-ecological enterprises has been developed, including five blocks: planning, accounting and information support, analysis, control and regulation, and optimization. Structural-logical interrelations have been defined considering external environment and digital technologies. Optimization directions using ERP, BI analytics, AI forecasting, blockchain, and IoT have been substantiated. It has been proved that digitalization improves forecasting quality, ensures flow synchronization, reduces cash gaps, and increases investment attractiveness of eco-innovative enterprises. It has been substantiated that efficient cash flow management has become a strategic mechanism for ensuring financial stability, innovative development, and environmental responsibility under green transformation. The implementation of the Resonance Theory of Eco-Financial Interaction (EFRT) at micro level has been proposed. The practical value of the research lies in using the proposed classifications, interconnection matrix, and optimization directions to enhance financial stability, investment attractiveness, and environmental efficiency of innovation-ecological entrepreneurship.

Keywords: development; management; financial management; cash flow management; innovative and ecological entrepreneurship; digitalization; artificial intelligence.
