Abstract:
Modern research on crisis and anti-crisis management does not sufficiently take into account the systemic integration of innovative approaches to human resource management, which limits the possibilities of forming organizational resilience in conditions of increasing uncertainty. The aim of the article is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations and to develop a conceptual model for integrating innovative HR management into the enterprise crisis and anti-crisis management system. The methodological basis of the study consists of general scientific and special methods, including analysis, synthesis, generalization, the system approach, as well as structural and logical modeling, which allowed for a comprehensive study of the relationship between HR management and anti-crisis management. The study identified key areas of innovative HR management in crisis conditions, including the implementation of Agile approaches, digitalization of HR processes, use of HR analytics, development of organizational resilience in staff, and modern talent management models. A conceptual model for integrating the HR function into the crisis management system was proposed, covering strategic, tactical, and operational management levels, and based on continuous analytical support. The scientific novelty of the study lies in forming a holistic approach to integrating innovative HR practices into the crisis management system, based on an interdisciplinary synthesis of strategic human resource management theory, dynamic capabilities theory, and the conception of organizational resilience. The results obtained make it possible to expand theoretical understanding of the role of human capital as a key factor in ensuring the adaptability and resilience of an enterprise. The practical value lies in the possibility of using the proposed model and tools to improve the efficiency of crisis management in companies, optimize HR processes, and preserve and develop human capital in times of instability.

Keywords: crisis management; HR management; innovations; organizational resilience; HR analytics; talent management; human capital.
