Abstract: The article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of forming an enterprise management system under martial law. It is identified that modern business conditions are characterized by a high level of uncertainty, destabilization of the economic environment, disruption of logistics, resource shortages, and increasing risks, which requires transforming traditional approaches to enterprise management. It is substantiated that the efficiency of an enterprise’s operations under martial law largely depends on the adaptability of the management system, its ability to quickly respond to changes in the external environment, and to ensure economic stability. The article also looks into the specifics of how enterprises operate during martial law and identifies the main risks and threats that affect business activities. It has been found that important directions for ensuring the stability of business operations include using adaptive and crisis management approaches, integrating digital technologies into management processes, and improving strategic planning and risk management mechanisms. The article proposes a mechanism for forming a company management system that includes organizational, economic, informational, and personnel components, as well as a system for crisis management and risk management. It is noted that integrating digital management tools helps speed up decision-making, ensures efficient coordination of business processes, and increases a company’s adaptability to crisis conditions. It is substantiated that the comprehensive use of strategic planning tools, digitalization, financial management, and crisis management creates the conditions for ensuring the economic stability, competitiveness, and continuity of a company’s operations during martial law.
