Abstract: The article examines the role of information technologies and augmented reality technologies in ensuring the digital adaptability of Ukraine’s logistics systems under martial law. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to maintain the continuity of logistics processes under conditions of damaged transport infrastructure, high uncertainty, growing cyber threats, and disruptions of traditional supply chains. Although a substantial body of research has addressed the digital transformation of logistics, insufficient attention has been paid to the integrated application of augmented reality technologies, the adaptation of MRP/DRP systems to crisis conditions, the integration of civilian and military logistics within a unified digital ecosystem, and the impact of digital technologies on the formation of logistics system adaptability during wartime challenges. The aim of the study is to substantiate the role of information technologies and augmented reality in ensuring the digital adaptability of Ukraine’s logistics systems, to analyze the specific features of their practical application under martial law, and to identify prospects for the development of digital logistics ecosystems in the context of postwar economic recovery. The methodological framework of the study is based on the system approach and the methods of analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, generalization, and structural-logical modeling. The research is grounded on scientific publications, regulatory documents, analytical reports, and practical cases of digital technology implementation in logistics. The findings define the essence of digital adaptability of logistics systems as their ability to ensure operational continuity, respond promptly to environmental changes, and maintain the efficiency of logistics processes through the use of modern digital technologies. The study analyzes the application of augmented reality (AR), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, digital logistics platforms, and autonomous transport solutions. It is found that the implementation of AR technologies contributes to higher warehouse productivity, accelerated personnel training, and improved equipment maintenance. The research demonstrates that MRP/DRP and ERP systems enhance resource management flexibility, support adaptation to demand volatility, and contribute to the continuity of supply processes. Particular attention is devoted to the Ukrainian experience of implementing the Digital Logistics Management System (DLMS), the DOT-Chain Defence platform, and autonomous ground vehicles in military logistics. The scientific novelty of the study lies in substantiating the conception of digital adaptability of logistics systems as an independent characteristic of resilience under martial law and in systematizing contemporary digital technologies according to the levels of their impact on logistics processes. The practical significance of the research consists in the possibility of applying its findings to the development of digital transformation strategies for logistics systems, postwar reconstruction programs for transport and logistics infrastructure, and the implementation of innovative digital solutions in both civilian and military logistics.
Keywords: logistics systems; information technologies; digital adaptability; augmented reality (AR); ERP systems; MRP/DRP; martial law; digital transformation of logistics.
