Abstract: The article substantiates the theoretical foundations and develops a conceptual approach to the intellectualization of the wine distribution system in Ukraine under the conditions of digital market transformation. It is determined that traditional models of wine distribution are losing their efficiency in the context of dynamic market changes, the growing role of digital sales channels, e-commerce, and the need to increase supply chain transparency. The study systematizes scientific approaches to logistics, supply chain management, digital transformation, and the use of intelligent technologies in the wine industry. The role of ERP and CRM systems, Big Data, artificial intelligence, IoT, Blockchain, and Business Intelligence as key technological tools for the intellectualization of distribution processes is substantiated. A conceptual model of an intelligent wine distribution system is proposed. It involves the integration of a digital platform, an information and analytical environment, intelligent technologies, a management decision support system, and a digital ecosystem for interaction among market participants. A correlation analysis of the relationship between the level of digitalization of wine industry enterprises and the efficiency of their distribution systems was conducted based on content analysis of open information sources. The obtained Pearson correlation coefficient confirmed a strong direct relationship between digitalization and distribution efficiency. It is determined that the further development of the wine distribution system should be based on the formation of a digital ecosystem focused on transparency, adaptability, customer orientation, and continuous information exchange among supply chain participants.
