Abstract:
The economic situation in the country is characterized by a high degree of instability and risk, which is associated with Russian aggression, its negative consequences – the destruction of critical infrastructure, migration processes, human and property losses, business relocation processes. In addition to the above, economic challenges of a global scale (growth disparities, resource limitations, environmental threats) determine the need to develop new business models of development, conditioned by the factors of digital, circular, and sharing economies. Their strategic requirements are resource management efficiency, transaction cost minimization, active use of technological innovations and digital tools in business process management, social and environmental responsibility. The advanced experience of developing and securing stable positions in the international markets of world-leading companies shows that their competitive potential is determined by corporate priorities in the formation and implementation of new business development models, digital transformation of key business processes through the use of digital platforms and network structures in the creation of joint innovative value, and a culture of innovation in the production of high-tech goods. The article proves that, from such positions, the strategies implemented by domestic enterprises must be both export-oriented and meet the needs of the national market, which especially applies to enterprises in the field of production of modern high-tech weapons. Therefore, the main objective of the article is the theoretical substantiation and provision of practical recommendations regarding the formation of the competitive potential of domestic enterprises on international markets. Requirements for the conceptualization of relevant strategies and their clear definition for the development and implementation of a set of strategic measures are also defined. The information and analytical tools for assessing the conditions of safety-oriented development of domestic enterprises is proposed.
