Abstract:
The article examines the industry and product features of managing the price competitiveness of export-oriented agricultural products from Ukrainian enterprises amid wartime, economic, and geopolitical challenges. In today’s business environment, the practical implementation of such management strategies is complicated due to high costs, security and geopolitical factors, as well as logistical risks. It has been found that the agricultural sector remains a key source of export revenues for the country, but its competitiveness largely depends on logistics, infrastructure, regulatory, and foreign trade factors. The article also analyzes current trends in the development of the agricultural export product structure, particularly in the production and exportation of cereals, and identifies the features of forming price competitiveness for wheat and corn. It is substantiated that the global grain market will be characterized by high uncertainty due to geopolitical risks, climate change, shifts in international trade policies, and changes in logistics routes, which will increase price fluctuations. The key role of logistics in shaping exports’ prices and reducing the profitability of agricultural enterprises due to rising transportation costs is proved. The negative impact of trade restrictions on the European market and the increased competition both externally and internally has been identified. It is substantiated that boosting the price competitiveness of export-oriented agricultural products requires moving away from a raw material export model to developing high value-added products, diversifying the export product structure, modernizing logistics infrastructure, and implementing innovative approaches to managing pricing and product aspects of Ukrainian agricultural enterprises. These goals should become the basis for partnerships based on marketing principles with representatives of processing industries and animal husbandry on the principles of sustainable development. To stay competitive, Ukrainian agribusiness needs to move from raw material exports to processing and developing animal husbandry. Value-added products will help cover logistics costs, bypass customs barriers, and ensure a stable foreign currency income.

Keywords: industry factors; management; price competitiveness; exports; product structure; diversification; costs; agricultural enterprise; marketing measures; logistical risks.
