Abstract: The article explores the theoretical and practical aspects of adapting a company’s business model and quality management system in a BANI environment, characterized by brittleness, anxiety, non-linearity, and uncertainty of socioeconomic processes. The article summarizes modern scientific approaches to interpreting business models, conceptions of dynamic capabilities, proactive crisis management, quality management, and the BANI conception. The role of innovative strategies in ensuring organizational resilience and competitiveness in conditions of increasing uncertainty is defined. The peculiarities of the «Aurora» multi-market chain as one of the leading representatives of Ukrainian retail are revealed, and the key directions of the transformation of its business model in the current conditions are analyzed. The feasibility of integrating digital technologies, risk-oriented quality management, logistics diversification, human capital development, and a customer-oriented management approach is substantiated. The strategic measures for adapting the «Aurora» network have been systematized according to the main challenges of the BANI environment. A conceptual model for adapting the business model and quality management system of the «Aurora» multi-market network has been developed, based on the interaction of innovative management strategies, ISO 9001:2015 principles, and mechanisms for ensuring organizational resilience. It has been shown that the synergy of digital transformation, proactive crisis management, and modern approaches to quality management helps improve the company’s performance, strengthen its competitive advantages, and ensure sustainable development in conditions of uncertainty.
