Abstract:
The relevance of the research topic is driven by the growing complexity of commercial and logistic chains, the development of e-commerce, and increasing customer demands for speed, accuracy, and transparency of order fulfillment. Traditional models of logistics organization, characterized by process fragmentation, disconnected information flows, and a low level of integration between commercial, warehousing, transport, and financial functions, reduce the efficiency of managerial decisions and limit enterprises’ adaptability to market changes. Under these conditions, the digitalization of logistics acquires strategic importance as a factor of business competitiveness. The aim of the article is to substantiate the theoretical and applied foundations of the digital transformation of commercial and logistic processes at an enterprise and to identify tools for their integration within a unified digital logistics system. The methodological basis of the study is a system approach combined with methods of theoretical generalization, comparative analysis of the functional capabilities of CRM, ERP, and WMS systems, logical modeling, as well as analysis of empirical data and practical cases of digital technology implementation in enterprise logistics activities. The study systematizes modern digital logistic tools – CRM, ERP, and WMS systems, artificial intelligence technologies, digital twins, and predictive analytics tools – and determines their impact on key logistics performance indicators, in particular the On-Time In-Full (OTIF) indicator, demand forecasting accuracy, inventory turnover, and the level of logistics costs. It is proved that the efficiency of digital transformation largely depends on the enterprise’s transition from fragmented management to a unified information environment that synchronizes front-office and back-office processes. The risks and limitations of logistics digitalization are identified, including outdated information systems, a shortage of digital competencies among staff, and increased cybersecurity threats arising from the consolidation of data on unified platforms. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in developing an approach to logistics digitalization as a comprehensive integrated process that combines information platforms, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and simulation modeling, and in substantiating the relationship between the level of an enterprise’s digital integration and the dynamics of key performance indicators. The practical significance of the results lies in their applicability for enterprises when developing digital transformation strategies for logistics, selecting and progressively implementing ERP, WMS, and AI solutions, and improving supply chain management efficiency.

Keywords: logistics digitalization; integration of commercial and logistic processes; CRM; ERP; WMS; OTIF; supply chain; enterprise digital transformation.
