Abstract: The aim of this article is to substantiate the theoretical foundations and form a conceptual model of the development of managerial processes of the enterprise in the conditions of sustainable business transformation and activation of foreign economic activity. The main objectives of the research: deepening and systematization of the definitions of «managerial process», «business process» and «sustainable transformation of business», revealing the essence of sustainable transformation through the prism of various conceptions, forming a conceptual model that demonstrates a three-way synergistic connection between managerial processes, sustainable transformation of business and foreign economic activity of the enterprise. The study used methods of analysis and synthesis for a detailed consideration of the scientific approaches of foreign scientists regarding the essence of definitions and combining them into a single conceptual system, comparative analysis for comparing different scientific conceptions, the method of scientific generalization for the formation of final authors’ provisions and conclusions based on the systematization of theoretical views. As a result of the study, it was found that managerial processes are the main factor of systemic changes at the enterprise, since it is at the management level that decisions are made regarding the transition to the principles of sustainable development, the implementation of ESG criteria and the implementation of managerial functions. It has been proved that the transformation of business, which involves a qualitative restructuring of business models, strategic management and operational processes taking into account environmental, social and managerial requirements, creates the basis for the successful entry of the enterprise into international markets. It is substantiated that the intensification of foreign economic activity creates an inverse stimulating effect, because the high requirements of foreign regulators, environmental standards and competition force the management of enterprises to constantly improve the management system, implement digital tools and optimize business models. The practical value of the research lies in proving the cyclical and synergistic nature of the interaction between managerial processes, sustainable transformation and foreign economic activity, which ensures the formation of long-term competitive advantages, investment attractiveness and the ability of enterprises to develop in a global environment.
Keywords: managerial processes; business processes; sustainable business transformation; foreign economic activity; capacity of enterprises; business model.
