Abstract: The relevance of this research is driven by the need to increase the energy efficiency of heat supply enterprises amid rising energy costs, infrastructure modernization, and stricter requirements for ensuring energy security and sustainable development. Analysis of scientific sources has shown that most existing studies focus mainly on the technical aspects of energy saving and energy management, while issues related to the comprehensive organization of analytical activities and the creation of information-analytical support for managerial decision-making in heat supply enterprises remain underdeveloped. This research aims to bridge that scientific gap. The aim of the article is to explore the theoretical and practical aspects of technology and the organization of analytical activities with the aim of improving the energy efficiency of heat supply enterprises and developing recommendations for enhancing analytical support in managerial decision-making in the field of energy saving. The methodological basis of the study comprises the system and process approaches. The work uses methods of analysis and synthesis, systematization, classification, comparative analysis, graphical modeling, and economic-analytical methods. The information base consists of scientific publications, international energy management standards ISO 50000 series, regulatory acts, and modern energy management practices. As a result of the study, the main approaches to defining analytical activities within enterprise management are summarized, and its role in supporting strategic planning, operational control, and managerial decision-making is identified. A system of indicators for assessing the energy efficiency of heat supply enterprises has been created, and an algorithm for conducting analytical research has been proposed, which includes setting goals, collecting and validating data, calculating indicators, analyzing deviations, scenario modeling, forming recommendations, and monitoring results. A complex of organizational, methodological, technical, and information technology measures aimed at improving the efficiency of energy resource use has been developed. The scientific novelty lies in improving methodological approaches to organizing analytical activities to enhance the energy efficiency of heat supply enterprises by integrating energy management, monitoring, and business analytics processes. The practical value of the obtained results lies in the possibility of using them to create a system of information and analytical support for managing energy resources, improving energy monitoring processes, and substantiating measures to increase the energy efficiency of heat supply enterprises.
