Abstract:
The article examines the theoretical, methodological, and applied aspects of forming integrated supply chains for delivering products to consumers in the global markets of fuel, energy, and lubricant products. The relevance of developing integrated logistics systems is substantiated in the context of increasing competition, the digital transformation of the economy, growing requirements for supply reliability, and the strengthening impact of external risks on the functioning of energy resource markets. Modern scientific approaches to supply chain management are analyzed, and the key factors influencing supply chain efficiency are identified, including information integration, coordination of material flows, digitalization of logistics processes, and the enhancement of logistics system resilience. A conceptual model of an integrated supply chain for fuel, energy, and lubricant products is proposed. The model is based on the synchronization of material, information, financial, and service flows among all participants in the logistics network. A methodological approach for assessing the level of supply chain integration is developed using an integral index that takes into account the level of information interaction, inventory coordination, integration of transport operations, process digitalization, and service quality. In addition, a model for assessing the value of an integrated supply chain is substantiated, combining economic benefits, customer value, supply stability, and logistics costs. Based on simulation modeling, it is proved that the implementation of an integrated approach ensures a 38.8% reduction in order fulfillment time, a 24.4% decrease in logistics costs, a 24% reduction in inventory levels, a 25.4% improvement in demand forecasting accuracy, and a 17.1% increase in customer service quality. The study identifies that information integration among logistics network participants and digital mechanisms for coordinating business processes have the greatest impact on supply chain performance. The practical significance of the research lies in the development of recommendations for creating a unified digital supply chain management platform, optimizing transport logistics, improving inventory management mechanisms, and implementing demand forecasting and risk management systems. The implementation of the proposed approaches will contribute to enhancing enterprise competitiveness, ensuring supply continuity, and strengthening the resilience of fuel, energy, and lubricant markets.
