Abstract:
The competitiveness of the tourism business is a multidimensional conception that encompasses the ability of tourism enterprises to ensure stable leadership in the market through the effective use of resources, the formation of a unique offer and adaptation to a constantly changing external environment. Modern scientific approaches to interpreting the competitive advantages of tourism enterprises are revealed and the role of innovation as a key element in the formation of strategic competitiveness is determined. Modern innovative technologies and digital tools (artificial intelligence, big data, VR/AR, blockchain, smart tourism art tourism) are analyzed. It is proved that the mechanism of adaptation to the new reality of «smart tourism», technologicality, sustainable development and cultural authenticity contribute to strengthening the market positions of tourism enterprises.Potential strategies for adapting the tourism business to market changes, crisis situations, and globalization challenges were assessed, in particular by integrating digital and green practices into the strategic management system. It has been determined that the synergy of innovativeness and sustainable development forms a new model of «green digital tourism», focused on efficiency, environmental friendliness and social responsibility. The scientific significance of the problem lies in the need to form theoretical models that allow assessing the relationship between the competitiveness and innovativeness of tourism enterprises, and determining the key factors of their efficiency and sustainability.
