New going near organizational-economic mechanism of forming of educational potential of society (p. 16 - 20)
Essence of organizational-economic mechanism of forming of educational potential of society is exposed in the article. Levels and elements of this mechanism, wrap-round functioning of educational industry in full are described. Functions, methods and forms of government control of processes of forming of educational potential of society, are grounded.
