Developing the Organizational-Economic Foundations for Operation of Milk Producers in the Market (p. 230 - 235)
It is specified that a key issue in ensuring the sustainable development of agrarian sector is searching for ways to improve the operation of market as well as developing its organizational-economic foundations, establishing the mutually beneficial economic relations. The stages of improving the economic interrelations of participants in the market of milk and dairy products have been considered. The author proposes separate directions for development of the organizational-economic foundations for operating the milk producers and more effective implementation of economic relations that provide for substantiating the development prospects as to the small-scale milk production in rural areas through the dissemination of family farms. The author indicates an organizational-economic mechanism for a better combination of economic interests and developing incentives in the economic interaction between milk producers and processing enterprises, based on the principles of integration and strengthening of cooperative relations between participants of the target market, which take place by means of transformation of property relations and transition of rural households and small-scale producers of milk into ownership of processing enterprises.
