The System of the State Management of Freelance: Support of Mechanisms, Development and Quality Services (p. 61 - 66)
The article is concerned with defining and substantiating the list of tools for the State management of freelance activities. The current status of the State management of freelance activities in Ukraine has been analyzed. The topicality of creating a system of tools for the State management of freelance activities has been substantiated, into which on suggestion of the authors should be included: providing social guarantees for freelancers; creating the prerequisites for and regulation of cooperation with both the international and the national Internet exchanges of freelancing; formation of a mechanism for the State orders for freelance services and attracting freelancers to work on public projects and programs; developing and implementing a mechanism for validation of results of the non-formal vocational training of freelancers and providing relevant certificates; providing targeted financing of advanced training of freelancers and their retraining; stimulative tax policy in terms of freelance activities and tax privileges to freelancers; improving the legal framework on freelance activities.
