Abstract:
The article is dedicated to the theoretical and practical substantiation of a cluster platform as an efficient tool for the economic modernization of enterprises in the context of the transition to an innovation economy. The author reveals the essence of the cluster approach as a model of spatial and functional interaction between enterprises, scientific and educational institutions, infrastructure elements, and government bodies. Special attention is paid to the mechanisms for initiating clusters: both government incentives and market self-organization of participants. The role of the coordination platform is characterized, which ensures strategic planning, resource integration, and support for joint projects. Key directions for the functioning of the cluster platform have been identified as follows: forming an organizational model for development, technological upgrading of enterprises, creating joint research centers, developing digital infrastructure, improving the efficiency of logistics and communication networks, as well as workforce training. The importance of digitalization as an integrative factor ensuring flexibility, rapid coordination, and transparency of interaction among participants has been substantiated. The structure of the cluster platform is presented according to content blocks, taking into account their functional components and expected outcomes. The article’s materials can be used to develop regional development strategies, modernize industrial potential, stimulate innovation activities, and build interregional cooperation. The proposed approaches are interdisciplinary in nature and are of interest to researchers, managers, and specialists in the field of regional and innovative development.
