Abstract: The article outlines the theoretical foundations of the enterprise resilience management process as a comprehensive capability of an organizational system to adapt, recover, and transform in a dynamic and unstable environment. The relevance of the study is driven by enterprises’ need to ensure long-term sustainability and competitiveness amid high turbulence, multiple risks, and constant changes in the external environment. The aim of the study is to substantiate the essence of resilience management as an economic process, define key concepts and characteristics of a resilient enterprise, and develop a conceptual model of the management process that encompasses strategic, operational, social, innovative, and digital dimensions. The research methodology is based on an interdisciplinary approach that combines methods of systems analysis, modeling, typology, and adaptive management. The types of resilience have been structured, and the key characteristics of flexibility, innovativeness, organizational culture, openness in communication, and learning capacity have been identified. The study resulted in the formulation of the author’s definition of the concept of «enterprise resilience» as the dynamic ability to maintain critical functions, restore productivity, and transform through self-organization, resource mobilization, and strategic learning. A conceptual model for resilience management has been developed, which outlines a sequence of stages from initiation to monitoring and improvement and also integrates resilience into the overall corporate governance system. As the practical value, the article proposes an integrated model of adaptive management, which can be applied by enterprises in various sectors to enhance resilience, flexibility, and crisis readiness. The proposed approaches will support the development of management strategies aimed at ensuring continuous operations, fostering innovative potential, and increasing corporate responsibility under conditions of uncertainty.
