Abstract:
The article develops a simulation model for managing strategies of inclusive social programs in organizations. It is noted that the efficient achievement of strategic goals in the area of inclusive social programs requires clear tools and mechanisms for monitoring, evaluating results, and timely action adjustment. Based on the defined strategic goals for each group of organizations implementing inclusive social programs and the tools for their implementation, a set of indicators was identified, whose presence supports the achievement of strategic goals. A table was created linking strategic goals with the set of indicators for each group of organizations, whose presence facilitates the implementation of inclusive social programs. It is noted that one of the most important stages of the expert evaluation procedure is the selection of experts. Typically, the decisive factor in involving a candidate in an expert group is the experts’ competence indicators, which are an integral characteristic based on the evaluation of education, professional experience, degree of involvement in the research issues, socio-professional status, effectiveness of participation in previous expert assessments, and so on. It is concluded that the summarized results of the conducted study made it possible to form a comprehensive, systematic vision of the strategic directions for managing inclusive social programs. This vision is based on integrating the opinions and positions of all key stakeholders, which, in turn, provides a reliable foundation for the development and practical implementation of effective management decisions in the field of inclusion. Based on the agreed assessment by four expert groups regarding the importance of specific indicators that significantly impact the achievement of strategic goals, the prerequisites for developing a high-quality, scientifically grounded strategy for managing inclusive social programs are established. This approach contributes to more precise priority setting, ensures that managerial actions align with the actual needs of target groups, and increases the efficiency of program implementation within the organizational environment.
