Abstract:
The article examines the issue of optimizing financial and credit support for grain-oriented agrarian enterprises amid global market instability and rising geopolitical risks. Attention is focused on the critical importance of grain production for food security. It is noted that high dependence on external factors poses significant risks to the financial stability of agrarian enterprises. The aim of the article is to identify and substantiate strategic approaches to optimizing financial and credit support, aimed at minimizing risks and ensuring food security, as well as to develop practical recommendations for enhancing the efficiency of credit resource use and strengthening the financial stability of enterprises in current economic conditions. An analysis of the latest research and publications on the management of grain-oriented enterprises has been conducted, underscoring the inadequate coverage of certain aspects of the issue. It is found that the agrarian sector remains an important factor in supporting national economic growth; however, it requires expansion in raw material processing, development of organic product production, and meeting domestic demand. The influence of macroeconomic, sectoral, governmental, and internal factors on the financial stability of enterprises has been examined. Based on this analysis, strategic approaches have been developed to optimize financial and credit support, aimed at minimizing risks and ensuring food security. Practical recommendations have been proposed for agrarian enterprises on introducing efficient financial management strategies and attracting credit resources. The overall approach to optimizing financial and credit support takes into account both internal and external factors, which is crucial for the sustainable development of the agrarian sector and for ensuring food security. The implementation of the proposed strategies will allow agrarian enterprises to achieve sustainable development, minimize risks, enhance competitiveness, and ensure stable grain production.
