Abstract:
This article explores the process of integrating cryptocurrencies into enterprise financial management systems as an innovative tool for enhancing resilience, liquidity, and strategic independence amid market volatility. It examines current trends in the global and Ukrainian cryptocurrency markets and highlights their role in transforming enterprise financial strategies. The article analyzes recent studies and publications, identifying unresolved issues related to the instability of regulatory frameworks, the volatility of digital assets, and the inadequacies of financial infrastructure. The system of financial activity objectives at enterprises is considered, taking into account cryptocurrency integration and its connection to long-term strategic development goals. The changes in the content of financial activities and the functions of financial management under digitalization are substantiated: from liquidity control to managing digital assets, monitoring volatility, and assessing risks. A structural model of the enterprise financial management system has been developed, which includes both managerial and controlled subsystems, as well as information and monetary flows. It is shown that the introduction of cryptocurrencies into corporate financial management allows for the optimization of transaction costs, increased transparency of settlements, and reduced reliance on traditional banking structures. The results of the study provide a theoretical and practical foundation for the development of adaptive financial strategies for enterprises in the digital economy and for ensuring their competitiveness in the global market.
