Abstract: In a dynamic and unstable socioeconomic environment, the psychological resilience of staff is of particular importance for the effective functioning of organizations. The modern business world is characterized by a high intensity of change, constant pressure, uncertainty and the need for quick decision-making, which is especially relevant for managers. Psychological strength, or resilience, is a key characteristic that provides the ability not only to overcome stressful situations and crisis circumstances, but also to transform difficulties into opportunities for personal and professional growth. Developed stress resistance contributes to making informed managerial decisions, maintaining high performance under stress, effective conflict resolution and maintaining a healthy psychological climate in the team. The professional activity of a manager, which is among the most promising, combines significant psychological, intellectual, physical and emotional loads. Constant work in conditions of intensive information flow, high responsibility and rapid change of external factors negatively affects health, which, in turn, can reduce the efficiency of professional activity. Health in the structure of managerial work acts as a strategic resource that ensures stability and effectiveness of professional duties. The formation and support of psychological and physical resilience of managers is an important factor in increasing their professional reliability, competitiveness and career potential. Thus, the study of the mechanisms of resilience development in managers acquires not only theoretical, but also applied significance, since it is directly related to increasing the efficiency of managerial activities and strengthening the resource base of organizations in the face of modern challenges. Further research in this area is necessary in view of the growing demands on managers in the modern business environment, which is characterized by high competition, rapid changes in market conditions and increased psychological workload.
