Abstract:
This research is dedicated to studying the impact of logistic risks on the formation of crisis management strategies for Ukrainian transport enterprises under modern geopolitical and economic challenges. The relevance of the issue is driven by military-political events that have caused extensive damage to critical transport infrastructure, restricted access to key international transport corridors, disrupted established global supply chains, and necessitated the development of new logistic routes. The study focuses on systematizing the main risk factors, including economic instability, currency exchange rate fluctuations, rising energy prices, a shortage of qualified personnel, and increased costs for organizing transportation security. Risks of particular importance to Ukrainian transport enterprises are highlighted separately, namely the physical destruction or damage to warehouse and transport facilities, the blockade of seaports, limited resources for ensuring logistic processes, and the rupture of international supply chains, which increases dependence on domestic transport resources. Significant attention is also paid to the transformation of logistic systems, particularly changes in transportation routes, a shift towards combined and flexible solutions, more active use of digital technologies, and the monitoring of transport flows. It is shown that an effective response to logistic risks requires the implementation of modern crisis management tools capable of enhancing the adaptive potential of transport enterprises and ensuring their resilience in crisis conditions. In this context, adherence to the principles of flexibility, adaptability, and long-term sustainability is particularly important, as it creates a foundation for transport enterprises to maintain their market positions during periods of global instability and uncertainty.
