Abstract:
The article presents the results of research devoted to the development of scientific and applied proposals for improving the organizational and economic mechanism of the influence of the agricultural machinery distribution link on the functioning of the agricultural markets of Ukraine. The main feature of using the distribution link during the war period is to meet consumer demand by increasing the share of channels of used foreign equipment and new domestic equipment while reducing the share of channels of new imported equipment. It was emphasized that this tendency requires further improvement by increasing the share of the distribution channel of Ukrainian new equipment and reducing the share of channels of new and used imported equipment. It is assumed that the balance of the entire chain of agricultural machinery movement depends to a decisive extent on the efficiency of the distribution link. The article focuses on the feasibility of extending the tools of the organizational and economic mechanism to other distribution channels that are characterized by problems of satisfying consumer demand. Proposals are made regarding the further improvement of barter transactions (trade-in tool) based on deepening preferences when using leasing transactions during the period that is most favorable for exchanging old equipments for new ones for both sellers and buyers. The proposals provided to meet consumer demand for pre-sales testing of agricultural machinery include taking into account the natural and agricultural zoning of lands with the aim of testing equipment as close as possible to the conditions of farmers, which will eliminate the need for testing on each individual farm. It has been proven necessary to provide agricultural machinery outsourcing services to farmers by structural divisions of enterprises that produce machinery. This will ensure flexibility in adapting machinery to the requirements of consumers of outsourcing services. It is proposed to create outsourcer platforms - places to locate equipment, where potential consumers of outsourcing services will have the opportunity to choose the equipment and receive legal assistance in concluding contracts with the outsourcer.
