Abstract:
The aim of the article is to theoretically summarize and systematize the strategic directions for increasing the efficiency of enterprise business model transformation in a digital environment as a factor ensuring their competitiveness and sustainable development. The article summarizes and systematizes the strategic directions for increasing the efficiency of enterprise business model transformation in a digital environment. It is proved that digitalization, increased market turbulence, and changes in consumer behavior require a rethinking of the logic of value creation, delivery, and capture, as well as a revision of the configuration of key elements of the business model. It is found that business model transformation has a multi-level nature and encompasses strategic, organizational, technological, and socioconomic changes, the integration of which ensures the alignment of managerial decisions with technological capabilities and competencies of the staff. Priority areas for improving the efficiency of transformation have been identified: digital transformation (Big Data, artificial intelligence, platforms, automation, cloud solutions) as a factor in process optimization and the creation of new value creation mechanisms; development of customer orientation through personalization, digital communication channels, servitization, and loyalty programs; innovative transformation (platform and ecosystem models, servitization); development of human capital (continuous learning, digital skills, innovation culture, change leadership); integration of sustainable development principles as a source of additional market and reputational advantages. The scientific novelty lies in the integrative systematization of these areas as complementary conditions for effective transformation. The practical significance of the results lies in their potential use in the development of digital transformation programs and the monitoring of changes in the business model. The methodological basis was content analysis of publications and generalization. The effectiveness of transformation increases if the strategy is aligned with digital investments and employee competencies.
