Abstract:
The article examines the features of forming efficient mechanisms for innovative business development in the digital economy, taking into account modern challenges associated with the digitalization of the economy and the impact of wartime factors on enterprise activities in Ukraine. It is substantiated that innovative business development acts as a key condition for ensuring the competitiveness, adaptability, and resilience of enterprises in a dynamic economic environment. It is determined that the digitalization of business processes, the implementation of modern technologies, and the development of innovation infrastructure form the basis of the contemporary model of innovative enterprise development. The study systematizes the main mechanisms of innovative business development, including organizational and managerial, financial and economic, digital and technological, institutional and legal, and integration and networking mechanisms. The influence of wartime factors on business operations is analyzed, and their role as a catalyst for the digital transformation of enterprises is identified. The key factors determining the efficiency of innovation processes are defined, including financial resources, the level of digitalization, human resource potential, the institutional environment, and the level of international integration. The scientific novelty of the research lies in improving theoretical approaches to the formation of mechanisms for innovative business development by substantiating their comprehensive structure in the context of the digital economy and wartime challenges; further development of the scientific provisions regarding the interconnection between organizational, financial, digital, and institutional components of enterprise innovation development; and developing a generalized model of the mechanism for innovative business development that takes into account the impact of digitalization and factors of economic instability. The practical significance of the research results lies in the possibility of applying the proposed approaches to the formation of strategies for innovative enterprise development, improving the efficiency of innovation process management, and ensuring sustainable business development in the context of the digital transformation of the economy.
