Abstract:
The article explores the theoretical foundations of making management of strategic changes in a company more intelligent amid growing security challenges and accelerating digital transformation of the economy. It is found that today’s business environment is marked by high uncertainty, fast-changing conditions, and military, economic, technological, and informational risks, which calls for a rethink of traditional approaches to strategic management. The evolution of scientific approaches to strategic management, change management, and making management activities smarter is analyzed. The study shows that smart management is a new stage in the development of company management systems and involves integrating knowledge, analytical tools, digital technologies, and artificial intelligence systems into the decision-making process. The article substantiates the role of smart management in boosting a company’s adaptability to security challenges and ensuring its resilience. The concept of «intellectualization of enterprise strategic change management» has been closer defined, which is proposed to be seen as a process of integrating intelligent technologies, management knowledge, and analytical tools into the system of planning, implementing, and controlling strategic changes to ensure the long-term development and resilience of an enterprise. Current trends in the development of management intellectualization have been identified, among which artificial intelligence, Big Data, Business Intelligence, predictive analytics, and digital twins are particularly important. The need for further research in developing methodological approaches to assessing the level of intellectualization in strategic change management and creating the architecture of an intellectualized strategic management system for the enterprise has been substantiated.

Keywords: strategic changes; management intellectualization; strategic management; security challenges; artificial intelligence; digital transformation; enterprise resilience.
