Abstract:
Within the framework of the article, the theoretical-methodological and applied principles of the formation of the communicative mechanism for the consolidation of the humanitarian space of Ukraine in the context of European integration are studied. The relevance of the research is substantiated, which is caused by the need to strengthen social unity, national identity, democratic values and the institutional capacity of the State in the conditions ofthefull-scale war, digital transformation and the implementation of the European integration course of Ukraine. On the basis of a critical analysis of modern scientific approaches, the essence of the humanitarian space, as a complex system of interconnected cultural, educational, information-communication, social and institutional components, has been specified. The key structural components of Ukraine’s humanitarian environment were identified and the need for their integration based on modern mechanisms of strategic communications was substantiated. It is proved that the communicative component acts as a system-forming element of humanitarian policy, ensuring the coordination of activities of State authorities, local self-government, educational and cultural institutions, media, civil society and international partners. The author’s model of the communicative mechanism for the consolidation of the humanitarian space of Ukraine is proposed, which is built on a system-functional approach and includes strategic, information-communication, institutional-communicative, integration-coordination, social-consolidation and analytical blocks. The functional purpose and interrelationship of the elements of the model are revealed, taking into account the European principles of public administration and governance. It is substantiated that the implementation of the proposed model will contribute to the improvement of the efficiency of humanitarian policy, the development of strategic communications, the strengthening of national identity, the formation of a stable information environment, the strengthening of intersectoral interaction and the integration of European humanitarian standards into the system of public administration of Ukraine.
