Abstract: The article substantiates the theoretical foundations for developing organizational resilience through the interaction of social and psychological determinants under crisis conditions and during the postwar recovery of the Ukrainian economy. It is found that the contemporary understanding of organizational resilience extends beyond an enterprise’s ability to recover from disruptive events and encompasses its capacity to anticipate threats, maintain operational continuity, adapt to environmental changes, and use crisis experience as a source of further development. Based on the systematization of current Ukrainian and international research, the main stages in the evolution of scientific approaches to organizational resilience are identified, including resource-structural, process-based, social, psychological, and integrative approaches. An original classification of the socio-psychological determinants of organizational resilience is proposed. Social determinants include leadership, social capital, organizational learning, HR practices and support, organizational culture, internal communication, and organizational trust. Psychological determinants comprise employee resilience, psychological capital, psychological safety, self-efficacy, readiness for change, coping strategies, and employee well-being. A conceptual model of their interaction is developed, reflecting a cross-level transition from an enterprise’s social infrastructure through employees’ psychological resources and behavioral responses to the collective adaptive capacity of the organization. The specific manifestation of socio-psychological determinants in agro-industrial enterprises is revealed, considering their seasonality, territorial dispersion, dependence on human capital, and exposure to logistical, personnel, climatic, and security risks. The practical significance of the findings lies in their potential application to improve enterprise management systems, strengthen workforce stability, psychological safety, internal communication, and adaptive capacity under prolonged uncertainty.
Keywords: organizational resilience; socio-psychological determinants; social capital; psychological capital; psychological safety; employee resilience; organizational trust; HR practices; adaptive management; agro-industrial enterprises; crisis; postwar recovery.
