The Technology Transfer System as Part of Innovation Infrastructure (p. 115 - 120)

The article is aimed at analyzing features of development of the technology transfer system as part of the innovation infrastructure of individual countries and Ukraine in particular, and developing proposals for its further development. Subjects, objects, and possible ways of interaction between them have been analyzed, which made possible to propose a scheme for interaction between the subjects of technology transfer. The stages of the creation of technology transfer departments at the universities of Ukraine are considered. The article analyzes the functions assigned to the technology transfer departments at Ukrainian universities. The carried out analysis of the essence, functions of the technology transfer departments (organizations) both at the enterprise level and at the country level has allowed to identify the main list of the most important functions, the implementation of which will provide to qualitatively and efficiently identifying and commercializing the intellectual property of organization.
