Institutes of Power, Their Effectiveness and Impact on Realisation of Economic Policy of Faster Growth (p. 34 - 38)

The goal of the article is justification of urgency and significance of effectiveness of power institutes for development of the long-term strategy of faster growth of Ukraine. The article analyses reasons of institutional regression in interaction of power institutes and corporate structures. It applies the method of institutional analysis, which allows study of substantial reasons of institutional regression, and disfunction of economic and political institutes of power. It justifies a necessity of a single vector of economic reforms in the country. It offers faster economic development of countries with the transformation economy, which is a jump over the institutional gap with attraction of market forces and institutional harmonisation. It shows that realisation of economic policy of faster development of the country requires both straightforward internal reforms and a range of financial possibilities, saturation of which is possible through the following ways: active use of the mechanism of state-private partnership in the innovation sphere, accumulation of internal investments, additional money emission for target innovation projects, creation of favourable conditions for direct international investments or obtaining long-term loan resources from pools of trans-national banks and international financial and credit institutions on the basis of determination of the optimal correlation between the sources of financing. The article develops main directions of the mechanism of task setting and formation of the organisational structure for realisation of the strategy of faster growth. It proves that efficient realisation of the strategy of faster growth in the country is significantly influenced by its history (path dependence), internal social dynamics (readiness of the society for changes and their support) and also a fundamental concept of the management, sufficiently thought over in order to provide citizens of the country with the vision of future positive changes.
