Identification of the Content of Threats to Interests of the State in the Course of Implementing the PPP (p. 55 - 59)
The article is aimed at studying the contemporary threats to interests of the State as a party of public-private partnership (PPP) and determining possible consequences of their negative influence in order to develop the adequate protection mechanisms. This is especially topical for Ukraine, which has stepped up its activities in the sphere of PPP in the face of the increased internal and external threats. To develop the adequate protection mechanisms, of particular importance are identification of the content of threats to such interests and developing a system for monitoring them. Consideration of threats to the financial and economic security of the State through the prism of typology of PPP risks and its interests in partnership with the private sector provided to identify threats to interests of the State party that correspond to the current stage of development of PPP, and to concretize their possible negative effects in the course of implementing the relevant projects in Ukraine. Further studies in this direction will be aimed at developing a methodology of evaluating threats to interests of the parties to PPP.
